3. Use of Service & Tier Formats

3.1 Free Tier

The Free Tier is provided at no cost for personal, educational, and commercial workflows.
Free tier usage is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and anonymous performance tracking.

3.2 Premium Plan & Accounts

To access specific advanced features, you must create an account providing a valid email address and payment information.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and security credentials.
Accounts are intended for individual or designated corporate use and may not be shared across unauthorized users.

3.3 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or unauthorized structural data processing.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt infrastructure, or compromise the operational integrity of the Service.
Use the Service to process proprietary or secure files you do not possess the structural rights or permissions to handle.
Redistribute or white-label the software framework as your own without explicit authorization.

4. Subscription Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

4.1 Fees and Payment

By signing up for the Premium Plan, you agree to the billing terms and recurring fees associated with your chosen tier. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party billing providers.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain effective until the end of your current billing cycle.

4.3 Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. Please thoroughly evaluate the Free Tier's parsing capabilities before committing to a paid plan.

5. Data Processing and Content Ownership

5.1 Local vs. Cloud Processing

Default Local Scope: Standard file reading, parsing, and rendering occur natively in your web browser. File data is processed client-side.
Premium Features: If your chosen Premium tier utilizes cloud storage or specific server-side export workflows, your files will be safely transmitted over encrypted protocols to our temporary execution servers or secure cloud storage buckets.

5.2 Your Content Right

You retain absolute and complete ownership of any DSTV, NC1, or structural fabrication files you process through the tool. We claim zero proprietary rights over your data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

6.1 No System Warranty

We make no explicit or implicit warranties regarding the accuracy of structural dimensions, hole placement, flange calculations, or toolpath outputs generated by our software parser.

6.2 Verification Required

CRITICAL: Structural fabrication involves significant financial and physical risk. You are solely responsible for verifying all parsed dimensions, text flags, and drilling blocks against approved shop drawings before committing elements to shop floor production or machine lines.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The developers, operator, and affiliated service maintainers shall NOT be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from:

Material waste or parsing errors on drill lines, plasma machines, or copers.
Financial losses, business interruptions, project delays, or structural detailing disputes.
Loss of data, server down-times, or software bugs.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All code, interfaces, algorithms, visual styles, and branding components unique to NC1-Viewer.com are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service and its developers. Open-source libraries utilized within the client build (such as React, Three.js, and Vite) remain protected under their respective individual licenses.

9. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or restrict user access to premium tools if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive billing or exploitation tactics.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
