Support & bug reports

If a file fails to open or renders incorrectly, include as much of the following as you can so we can reproduce the problem:

The .nc1 file itself (or a stripped-down version if the original is confidential — the header and the failing block are usually enough).
Which software exported it (e.g. Tekla Structures, Advance Steel, SolidWorks) and its version, if known.
What you expected to see and what actually happened, plus a screenshot if the geometry looks wrong.
Your browser and operating system.

Signed-in Pro users can also open a support ticket directly inside the app from the Help menu.

Feature requests

The viewer is actively developed and much of the roadmap comes from user suggestions. If there is a workflow you are missing — a measurement tool, an export format, batch operations — tell us how you would use it and we will weigh it against the backlog.

Billing & accounts

For subscription, invoice, or account questions, email us from the address associated with your account so we can locate it quickly. You can manage or cancel your subscription yourself at any time from the in-app account settings, and you can also delete your account entirely from there.

Privacy requests

To exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other privacy laws, email contact@nc1-viewer.com with the subject line "Privacy request". See our Privacy Policy for details of what we collect and how long we keep it.

Advertising & partnerships

For advertising, sponsorship, or partnership inquiries relevant to the structural steel and fabrication audience, use the same address with the subject line "Partnership".
